The painting exhibition “Ciclos de Vida do Camaleão” will be on display at the Interpretative Center of the Sapal de Castro Marim Nature Reserve and Vila Real de Santo António, between 18 November and 31 December. The exhibition, by Manuela Leal Santos, will have the poetic decoration of the Poetas do Guadiana, signed by Portuguese and Spanish authors.
According to Manuela Leal Santos, this painting exhibition symbolizes the transitory processes of life as creative and not ephemeral stages. In its more educational aspect, the initiative aims to raise awareness and alert to the preservation of the chameleon, an important species in this region, and also seeks to study its life cycles.
The inauguration of “Life Cycles of the Chameleon” is scheduled for 14:00 on November 18th.
The exhibition “Life Cycles of Camaleão” is an initiative of the Institute for the Conservation of Nature and Forests and has the support of the Castro Marim City Council.
