The project «Lavrar o Mar – The arts in Alto da Serra and Costa Vicentina», an initiative included in the 365 Algarve programme, will be presented tomorrow, November 17, at 14 pm, at the Ajuda Palace/Ministry of Culture, in Lisbon.
This event will be attended by the Secretary of State for Culture Miguel Honrado, the Vice President of Tourism of Portugal Teresa Moreira, the Vice President of the Algarve Tourism Region João Fernandes, the President of the Municipality of Aljezur José Amarelinho the President of Municipality of Monchique Rui André and the artistic directors, Giacomo Scalisi and Madalena Victorino, and Lavrar o Mar programmers.
This project, scheduled to start in November and December, will promote Culinary Theater and Novo Circo shows in Aljezur and Monchique. Until May 2017, it will present a regular and diversified artistic program, which goes against seasonality in the municipalities of Aljezur and Monchique.
