The 47 year old man who stabbed your mate, on Monday, in Silves, he was placed in preventive detention, after being present at the first judicial interrogation yesterday.The Public Prosecutor's Office (MP) explains that the man is "suspected of committing a crime of qualified murder in the attempted form, in the context of domestic violence."

After the attack, the man left his 45-year-old partner without any assistance and the woman was eventually taken by a third party to the hospital emergency room, where she was rescued.
