Two people died and one was seriously injured this morning in a collision between a car and a truck on the EN 124, in the Vale da Lama area, between Silves and Porto de Lagos.
CDOS source told the Sul Informação that the alert for the accident was given at 12:04 am and that the victim who was seriously injured had to be released from prison and transported to Hospital de Portimão. The accident forced the EN124 to be cut.
Firefighters from Silves, INEM, GNR were present at the site, with a total of 6 vehicles and 14 operational.
