As part of this event, which will take place between October 30th and November 2nd, around 60 foreign journalists will travel to the region and have the opportunity to experience the Algarve's tourism offer.

The event is promoted by the Associação Turismo do Algarve (ATA), in partnership with Turismo de Portugal and with the support of the Municipality of Albufeira, and, according to ATA, constitutes «a privileged opportunity to obtain good media coverage of the destination» .

Therefore, after the presentation of the catalogue, «participants in this initiative will have at their disposal the possibility of experiencing a wide range of activities that the Algarve offers its visitors, including boat and bicycle tours, Jeep Safaris, hiking, golf and wine tasting, as well as cultural excursions to some of the main points of interest in the region», reveals ATA.

According to the association, "the German market continues to be one of the growing markets in the region, which is why this event assumes strategic importance in the promotion work carried out by ATA together with its members".
