The movement Tavira em Transição organizes a walk through an Algarve free of gas and oil, on Sunday, September 18, at 10:00 am, in Ilha de Tavira. The meeting point is the Barra area.
It is a manifestation of the cancellation of all contracts for prospecting and exploration of oil and natural gas. The movement calls for the transition to clean, renewable energy and a healthy and sustainable economy and defends the concept of a zero carbon region.
The walk has, among others, the support of the Municipality of Tavira.
