The Silves and Enxerim Kindergartens, the EB 1 Schools of Silves/Enxerim and São Bartolomeu de Messines, as well as the EB 2,3 Schools of Silves and Messines were the target of works and improvements, «so that the 2016 school year -2017 started with better quality for all children, teachers and other school community», says the Câmara de Silves, responsible for the interventions.
Thus, in Kindergarten No. 1 in Silves, the gymnasium floor was replaced and the room where the Family Support Component takes place was replaced, while in Kindergarten No. 2 in Silves/Enxerim, curtains were placed in a classroom.
At the EB 1 schools in São Bartolomeu de Messines, all classrooms were equipped with new furniture, and at the EB 1 school in Silves nº 2 Enxerim, curtains were placed.
At EB 2,3 Dr. Garcia Domingues, in Silves, the rooms where the 1st cycle classes will take place were equipped and the building's shutters were replaced. At EB 2,3 João de Deus, in Messines, the rooms of the 1st cycle classes are also equipped.
