According to the Portuguese Cycling Federation, «about two dozen cyclists with disabilities, including the Portuguese representatives at the next Paralympic Games, Luís Costa (Sporting-Tavira) and Telmo Pinão (Bairrada), and three Spaniards, became the road. The C3 race was won today by Francisco Martins, but the Cup was won by Bernardo Vieira. João Marques (Academia Joaquim Agostinho/UDO) prevailed in class D, but the overall score was taken by Ricardo Gomes (Moreira Congelados/Feira/Andrade Bicycles). The Spaniard Diego Balusteros was today the best in H3, but the most regular throughout the trophy was Diogo Oliveira (Silva & Vinha/ADRAP/Sentir Penafiel).
