The show «Dream First: Ouvir a Dança», by the company corpodehoje, will kick off the new season of Cine-Teatro Louletano on September 2, at 21 pm.
This is a project of social inclusion through art, conceived and artistic direction by Ana Borges, which involves children in a vulnerable social situation and adults with disabilities from the municipalities of Tavira and Olhão and, later, Loulé.
«Having as guidelines the conception of liberating education and playful methodology, in an attempt to guide and maintain social, critical, creative and participative subjects, we worked on the relationship of the body with dance and music, promoting autonomy and harmony. In a second phase of the creation of the show, the project received children from Loulé who were also in a situation of social vulnerability, but also other people from the community in general», described the Câmara de Loulé.
«By stimulating the capacity for creation and channeling creativity, dance and music are used as catalysts for emotions and feelings in a sense of better self-knowledge and communication with oneself and with the group. In addition to being a creative act, this project is, without a doubt, education through art, education through humility to find equality and respect for love," he added.
Tickets cost 3 euros per person.
