On the 19th of July, at 19 pm, Castro Marim will receive the 00th edition of the Nocturnal Mountain Bike Resistance Test. The competition will take place around the built historical heritage of the town.
The initiative "was designed for all those who, in addition to enjoying the practice of mountain biking, want to put their resistance and team spirit to the test", explains the Chamber of Castro Marim.
According to the local authority, «over more than four hours of competition, mountain biking lovers will face a route of approximately seven kilometers, signaled by the “Amigos Motards Os Piratas” Group, which supports the initiative».
The test will go through several monuments in the town of Castro Marim, such as the Castle, the Fort of São Sebastião and the Hill of Revelim de Santo António.
As part of the event's entertainment, the Colina do Revelim de Santo António hosts, between 18:00 and 20:00, a Zumba Fitness class with “Élio Viegas” and then the animation will be in charge of “Deejay Di Angello”, with dance music until 00:00.
The event is organized by Associação Rodactiva and has the support of the Municipal Council and the Parish Council of Castro Marim.
