All foreign-registered cars that want to circulate on the ex-Scut highways must adhere to the «easytoll» system. To make life easier for those visiting the country, the public company assigned 27 employees to the accession points located in the «Easytool» squares on the A22, A24, A25 and A28, in order to help customers. At the same time, «there will be a reinforcement of the Call Center that works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week».

"These employees provide support every day between 08:20 am and 28:XNUMX pm (except for the AXNUMX, where support is provided from Friday to Sunday), and their role on site is to promote clarification and support to customers in the quick adherence to the payment system and guarantee of adequate conditions of circulation and fluidity of traffic in toll plazas», revealed IP.

The month of August is usually marked by a high number of subscriptions to this automatic payment system, which has meant that, in the past, there have been days when long queues and a chaotic situation were formed at the points of sale. This influx is particularly noticeable in the first days of August.

"In 2015, on the first weekend of August, there were about 26400 subscriptions to this toll payment system, aimed at drivers of foreign registered vehicles," according to the company.
