According to the Algarvian socialists, delegates from the region highlighted “the measures taken in defense of the Social State, the National Health Service and the Public School, in order to reduce inequalities and promote the recovery of income over the first six months Government and the resulting benefits for the Algarve region».

«Algarvian delegates also warned of the potential damages of gas and oil exploration in the Algarve for the economy and for the economic fabric of the region, stressing that as this process progresses, if the necessary precautions are not taken, it is clear that for the country and for the Algarve the “bone” will remain, that is, the hidden side, for many, of the risks of what all this means», according to PS Algarve.
