Good practices LagosThe Chamber of Lagos presented in Faro the good practice «Positiva CML – Together we do (+)», which earned him a distinction in the «Showcasing of Good Practices for the Valuing of People» of the General Directorate for the Qualification of Workers in Public Functions.

Last Thursday, the municipality of Lacobrigense was at the headquarters of the Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR) of the Algarve, to make known the «CML Positiva» project, which was among the three most voted, at national level, in the category "Leading People".

«This initiative, promoted by the municipality's employees, and always cherished by the executive, aims to develop activities in different areas, based on what each employee does best, on a personal or professional level. The aim is to give new impetus to the teams' motivation, promote the sharing of values, build an overall vision and strengthen the spirit of mutual help and appreciation», according to the City of Lagos.

For the councilor of the municipality of Lacobrigense Maria Fernanda Afonso, this is «a project for everyone, for everyone, because in Lagos there is an awareness that it is necessary to respect and motivate all workers in the City Council, so that they too can provide a good service. to the population”, adding that the aim is for municipal officials to work “in a team and with motivation”.

Last week's public presentation took place within the scope of the “Roadshow of Good Practices” project, in which INA intends to reinforce the promotion of synergies and the sharing of good practices between Portuguese public administration bodies and institutions. This was the 5th public session, with 4 to go (the cycle of presentations ends on May 12th, in Funchal).
