Armacenenses beat Quarteirense and took advantage of Lagoa's defeat against Moncarapachense to increase their advantage over the second-placed team in the 1st Division of the District Football Championship.
Armação de Pêra's team, in the third-placed field trip, won by 1-0, with a goal scored in a penalty kick. Quarteirense also had a penalty kick, but couldn't make it and it complicated the chances of still fighting for the promotion.
Lagoa, on the other hand, was forced to win in Moncarapacho, but accused the pressure and ended up defeated 1-0. A goal by Carlos Neves gave the men from the municipality of Olhão the victory.
Odiáxere was responsible for the biggest surprise of the journey by beating Ferreiras, away from home, and the last classified in the championship is now Padernense, who lost in the trip to Monchique.
