ary5Recalling the irreverent, enthusiastic and revolutionary facet of José Carlos Ary dos Santos, is the purpose of the show “Ary, the poet of songs”, which takes to the stage at the Albufeira Municipal Auditorium, on April 24th, at 21 pm.

The show joins Joaquim Lourenço on voice, João Guerra Madeira on piano, João Ricardo Almeida on double bass, Ricardo Branco on saxophones, Pedro Amendoeira on Portuguese guitar, Catarina Gonçalves on dance and Filipe Trigo and Renato Grilo are responsible for the multimedia part of the show.

From the program, songs such as “O amigo que eu sing”, “Desfolhada”, “Canção de madrugar”, “Horse to the loose”, “Tourada”, “O Homem da cidade”, “O Homem da cidade”, “O Cacilheiro”, “Tango riverside”, “Man of the chestnuts”, “Lisbon, girl and girl”, “Seven letters”, “Os putos” and even the song that marked the Revolution: “And after goodbye”.

Zeca Afonso will also be present with the song “Grândola Vila Morena”, which ends the show. Admission is free.
