Public tenders for the requalification of the road between Odiáxere and Vale da Lama (EM534) and the repair and improvement of social housing districts in the municipality of Lagos will be launched, announced the Lacobrigense municipality.
The interventions, which are part of the Municipality's 2016-2019 Multiannual Investment Plan, will cost, together, close to 400 thousand euros, plus VAT.
In the case of the Municipal Housing Park, the actions already carried out in 2014 and 2015 will continue. Now, the public tender «Repair and Improvement of Municipal Social Housing» will be launched, whose base value is 287 thousand euros, plus VAT.
«The execution period is 365 days and the interventions will focus on dwellings located in various municipal developments/urbanizations, located in the city, in Chinicato, in Odiáxere, Bensafrim and Espiche. They aim to correct various anomalies, in terms of replacing pavements, painting and varnishing, repairing water and sewage networks, replacing sanitary ware, replacing kitchen equipment, among others», according to the Câmara de Lagos.
The recovery of the municipal housing stock is one of the priorities of the executive led by Joaquina Matos, to which is added the investment in the municipality's road network, «promoting its repair and requalification, namely with interventions in the paving of streets and the rehabilitation of streets. water and sewage infrastructure'.
It is in this context that a tender will be launched for the work of «Repaving of Municipal Road 534 (Odiáxere – Vale da Lama)», with a base price of 100 thousand euros, plus VAT, and an execution period of 45 days, «anticipating if it starts during the month of April'.
