ctt4For the second consecutive year, CTT presents the Trainee CTT Program, a project that was developed to «attract talent and retain the best assets». Applications are open and several hundred proposals are expected to be received, similar to what happened in 2015.

The CTT Trainee Program will be attended by 13 newly graduated students, up to 25 years old, with an average grade equal to or greater than 14, preferably from the Management, Economics and Engineering courses and with a master's degree in the same areas.

To carry out an effective selection of students, CTT is carrying out, as in the last edition, a series of direct contacts with students, namely through job fairs in top Portuguese universities and presentation sessions by company officials , including the president and CEO, Francisco de Lacerda. This is «a demanding process for attracting talent», stresses the company.

The success of the first edition, in which hundreds of applications were received, allowed to reinforce the attribute of employer brand to the CTT brand, adding to this attribute, others already recognized by customers: a brand of trust, proximity and leadership with a high level of interaction with society.

CTT is not just a national and postal dimension, on the contrary, it is a brand that operates on several fronts, such as the communications, insurance and financial products sector, with the recent launch of Banco CTT, technology, marketing, and that is present in international markets. The variety of business areas is an asset for young talents who join this program.

Os trainees they must have positive energy and attitude, they must be willing to learn, they must be able to generate value for the company, they must be analytical, they must have initiative and a lot of responsibility. Characteristics that will give each selected the opportunity to work and collaborate in three different business areas.

The program will last for 18 months, starting in September this year and ending in February 2018.
