The Algarve Region Operational Program opened two new tenders within the scope of the Business Incentive Systems, in the Qualification and Internationalization typology for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), with an associated fund amount of 2,4 million euros.
The notice of competition for Qualification aims to grant financial support to immaterial projects that promote the competitiveness of SMEs, their organizational and management capacity, as well as the specific qualification of their workers in areas relevant to the strategy of innovation and modernization of companies.
With regard to the notice for Internationalization, it intends to promote an increase in the number of new exporting companies and the volume of international sales of companies that already export, through the granting of incentives to training projects for internationalization and specific qualification of assets .
The beneficiaries of the support provided for in these notices of competition are SME companies of any nature and under any legal form, which propose to develop investment projects that meet the objectives and priorities referred to in the notices.
