The Algarve will be the Guest Region of the Mundo Abreu fair, which will take place in Pavilion 3 of FIL, Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, on the 9th and 10th of April.
After being the guest destination of the Bolsa de Turismo e Lisboa, the Algarve region is once again given the same honor, in what is «one of the largest travel fairs for direct sales to the public in Europe», announced the Algarve Tourism Region (RTA).
In 2016, RTA will occupy an exclusive central space at the fair, measuring approximately 700 square meters, which will have a service desk and a lounge area.
In addition to occupying a privileged space on the fair grounds, the Algarve will also be highlighted at the brochure with vacation offers from Mundo Abreu Portugal Sensacional, already in distribution that dedicates more than two dozen pages to the «most popular tourist destination in Portugal, and one of the best known in Europe, the Algarve».
«A top-notch exhibitor at the various editions of the event, the Region and Tourism of the Algarve (RTA) is thus renewing its commitment to the internal promotion of the largest holiday destination for the Portuguese – where they spent around 3,9 million overnight stays in the last year – and assumes greater visibility in the event's multimedia communication campaign», concluded the RTA.
