According to RTA, "tourists now have at their disposal a broader, more attractive and accessible service structure, with 92 square meters of area adapted to people with reduced mobility."
The space, which maintains the tourist information and sale of regional products and merchandising of the «Algarve» brand, is the “gateway” to new Interpretive Center «which allows us to better understand the history of Faro and the importance of Arco da Vila for the city».
Desidério Silva, president of RTA, highlighted the inauguration of the Tourism Office in Faro that this «is the one that serves the most tourists in the Algarve and is implemented in a listed building, now transformed into an even more dignified space for all visitors. The work is the result of a partnership between RTA and the Municipality of Faro, in a model that could be replicated in the future in other municipalities.
