The 18th edition of the Canoagem River Arade International Subway, scheduled for November 8, will link the municipalities of Portimão, Lagoa and Silves.
The initiative, co-organized by the municipalities of Silves, Lagoa and Portimão and, at a logistical level, by the Clube Naval de Portimão, intends to establish the Arade River as a privileged stage for the practice of nautical sports.
The event has two strands, one of nautical tourism and the other of competition, aimed at clubs and associations.
The game takes place in the riverside area of Portimão, next to Clube Naval, at 10:00 am for participants registered in the field of nautical tourism, and at 10:30 am for competition, ending in Silves, where the prizes will be handed out.
Registration runs until November 2 and costs 5 euros (tourism and non-federated athletes). The Municipality of Silves makes available through its portal an online application form.
