The repaving works and placement of horizontal and vertical signage on the Vale Fuzeiros/Calçada road, in S. Bartolomeu de Messines, are already underway and should be ready within three months.
This project, which is being carried out by the Municipality of Silves, will cost around 329 thousand euros, 65% of which will come from the European Union, under the Algarve 21 Operational Program.
"With the qualified repaving of the road, the resident population and traffic in general will benefit greatly, as this is an important road axis with a connection to the EN 124", illustrated the City Council of Silves, in a press release.
