The Social Service of the Hospital of Faro, through the Citizen's Office, promotes, In the week that marks the International Day of the Elderly, celebrated on October 1st, initiatives that aim to recall the fundamental principles defended for the elderly, in an impulse to value the elderly and raise awareness for your rights.
The program started yesterday, the 29th, with an exhibition of cartoons which transcribes the UN Principles for the Elderly, which will be displayed in the lobby of the External Consultations building of the Hospital de Faro, until the 6th of October.
The schedule also includes tomorrow, October 1st, at 14:30 pm, in the auditorium of the hospital in Faro a lecture on the “Action of the Elderly Support Office”, given by the Coordinator of the Elderly Support Office (GAI) of the Municipality of Faro, Paula Paiva.
