The Forum Algarve's Central Square, in Faro, will become a crossfit box on September 18th and 24th. During these days, visitors to the mall can try the modality and do experimental training for free.
Those interested will be provided with equipment to carry out the exercises, such as a multifunctional rack structure for elevations, muscle ups or ring dips, and there will also be monitors to help those who want to contact the modality.
To train in this space – which is open from 11:00 am to 13:00 pm and from 18:00 pm to 20:00 pm – it is necessary to pre-register at the Forum Algarve Information Desk.
This initiative precedes the Battle of the South event, scheduled for the weekend of September 26th and 27th, at the same shopping centre, which «will be the largest crossfit competition nationally, whether for teams or individuals, and one of the largest at European level'.
