Seafood Festival 2015 - Good mood in the kitchens

The door had not yet opened and there was already a considerable queue to access the Olhão Seafood Festival, in Jardim Pescador Olhanense. THE 30th edition of the well-known gastronomic festival started this Monday and attracted thousands of people, including residents and tourists.

The great “culprits” of this strong affluence were the abundant and varied seafood and Anselmo Ralph, an artist who was in Olhão last year and who once again caused a sensation.

Today, Tuesday, the party continues with a concert of the «Fado & Further» project, by Júlio Resende, Ana Moura and Ana Bacalhau.

Until Saturday, August 15th, other well-known artists will visit Olhão, namely Richie Campbell (August 12th), Mickael Carreira (August 13th), José Cid (August 14th) and Daniela Mercury (August 15th).

Ticket offices are open from 18:30 pm. Doors open at 19:30 pm and close at 01:30 am.
