The Final of the National Footvolley Championship 2015 will be held in Armação de Pêra, Praia dos Pescadores, on the 29th and 30th of August. The deciding game is scheduled for 17:00 on Sunday.
According to Câmara de Silves, «twelve teams, made up of 24 of the best athletes in the sport today, representing various clubs from north to south of the country, will be present at this event».
On Friday, the 28th, at the end of the afternoon, there will be a workshop for athletes from local clubs and anyone who wants to join the initiative.
On Saturday, 29th of August, from 14:00, the Group Stage will take place, followed by the Elimination Stage (Quarter Finals). At the end of the day, there will be a meeting between all participants.
On Sunday, August 30th, scheduled to start at 15:00, the Elimination Phase is scheduled (Semi-Finals, 3rd/4th Classifieds, Final). The final game will be broadcast live on “A Bola TV”. The awards ceremony takes place at 18:15 pm.
Armação de Pêra was the stage for these competitions in 2010 and 2014, but it is the first time that the final is played on this beach.
This initiative, organized by the National Football Federation, has the Municipality of Silves as a partner.
