On the same day, and taking advantage of the schedule for this discussion, the Left Bloc will put forward a bill, which proposes the prohibition of the creation of civil protection fees by local authorities.

This Left Block initiative is motivated by the fact that the petitions "are only discussed, not voted on". In the case of the bill, voting is mandatory.
