A 20-year-old was arrested yesterday afternoon by the PSP in Tavira in possession of 92 doses of hashish. The man was “denounced” for his nervousness when a police patrol car passed him.
According to the PSP, the detainee “on noticing the presence of the police vehicle, covertly threw a package on the floor».
The nervousness shown by the young man "raised the suspicions of the police, who approached him and, after checking the inside of the package, confirmed that it was a narcotic product."
