One of the fitness megaclass on Sunday animated the Castro Marim residents, next to the Municipal Pavilion of Castro Marim. The initiative marked the end of the school year of the physical activities program, promoted by the Castro Marim City Council, which will be resumed after the bathing season.
A fitness megaclass, with body combat, zumba and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and, according to the municipality of Castro, «provided a more active and fun morning for about fifty participants».
The physical activity program includes the “Physical Activity Counseling and Prescription Office” and the “Physical Activity Laboratory” and policies to promote free sporting activity, «as a way to improve health and physical well-being and of the citizens».
According to the Municipality of Alcoutim, “close and continuous monitoring is carried out by specialized technicians”.
