A 31-year-old man, resident in Algoz, was arrested yesterday by the GNR in this locality in the municipality of Silves, after being caught, following a stop operation, in possession of 33 doses of hashish, as well as cocaine and Ecstasy.
GNR source told the Sul Informação that the man, stopped during a traffic inspection operation carried out in the early hours of Saturday, was carrying in his car “some doses” of narcotic.
Called to intervene by the Criminal Investigation Nucleus of Silves, and after house searches of the suspect's houses in Algoz, the GNR ended up seizing 33 individual doses of hashish, 135 of cocaine and 5,9 grams of pills. Ecstasy.
A box with a chemical used to cut cocaine, a precision scale, a mobile phone and a samurai saber were also seized.
Presented this Saturday to the Portimão Shift Court, the drug dealer ended up in preventive detention.
