The Centro Ciência Viva de Lagos will organize the congress “Uma Forma de Cancer”, which will take place on May 12, at 14 pm, at the Júlio Dantas School, in Lagos.
The event is part of the competition promoted for secondary school students at the Algarve Schools, and is held in partnership with the Júlio Dantas de Lagos Secondary School.
The Congress includes lectures by researchers from the Department of Biomedical Sciences and Medicine of the University of Algarve, and recently awarded in the area of Cancer: Ana Teresa Maia, Pedro Castelo-Branco and Wolfgang Link. In this event, prizes for the best research work presented will also be given.
