The Câmara de Lagos will allocate 22 houses in Rossio das Eiras, in Odiáxere, on a supported lease basis. The contest was opened yesterday, April 20th, and interested parties can submit their applications for the next 45 consecutive days.
The autarchy added that “the dwellings will be allocated under a ten-year lease, automatically renewable for successive periods of two years, unless opposed by any of the parties. These dwellings are intended to constitute their own and permanent dwellings for the competitors to whom they are allocated, as well as for their respective households».
Of the 22 dwellings, eight have the type T2, twelve T3, and there is also a T1 and a T4.
Ten of the houses are intended for people from the parish of Odiáxere, and the remaining twelve for residents of other parishes in the municipality of Lagos.
The competition jury will be composed by the Area Councilor, Maria Fernanda Afonso, by the PSD Councilor, Nuno Serafim and by the President of the Parish Council of Odiáxere, Carlos Fonseca.
