On Friday, the PSP in Olhão arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of drug trafficking. The man was already referred to by the police for the commission of several crimes and will also have participated in the theft of two competition motorcycles, which were recovered.
When arrested, the suspect had with him 95 individual doses of hash, a pocketknife with waste product, a patch kit and two laptop computers. Following the arrest, the PSP carried out a house search in the detainee's house, where it also seized an extendable baton.
The man was intercepted in a restaurant and drinks space, where the PSP also identified three young people for drug possession, having seized 13 doses of hashish.
Due to the suspicion that the police had that the man might have been involved in the theft of two competition motorcycles, with a value of around 8 thousand euros, the PSP began steps to recover them and also managed to apprehend them. returned to the owner.
The suspect was constituted as an accused and has already been presented to the judicial authority for the application of the coercive measure.
