CTT reopens its store in Lagos next Monday, March 16, after a three-month intervention that improved customer service and comfort conditions, including the creation of a specific office for financial assistance.
CTT invested 289 thousand euros in this intervention and expects to serve an average of more than 200 customers per day.
According to the company, "the store is now more modern, more comfortable and equipped to make the CTT and its partners' portfolio of products and services available with greater convenience."
In this store, located on Rua Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro, in Lagos, a free service area was installed that will allow for the purchase with greater convenience of products from CTT partners and philatelic editions.
This shop offers all postal services, including sending and receiving correspondence, parcels and registrations, among others, in addition to the other services that have been completing the Correios' offer: photocopy certification, purchase of tickets for shows across the country, charging mobile phones, contracting telecommunications and energy products and paying tolls.
The Lagos store also offers all the financial services commercialized by CTT, such as postal orders, transfers via Werstern Union, subscription of public debt products and insurance and credit products.
The store will be open to the public on weekdays from 8:30 am to 18:00 pm.
