The exhibition “A Força do Andor”, by Verónica Castro and Helena Winter, will be open to the public from March 28 to April 30, at the Convento de Santo António, in Loulé. The exhibition is part of the celebrations of the Feast of the Sovereign Mother.
The work of Verónica Castro and Helena Winter shows the group of men, known by the men on the floor, who «describe the intangible, the force that transports them to intense emotion, and to tears».
“A Força do Andor” is an exhibition composed of three works, Afinação, A Força da Memória and A Força do Andor, which “addresses the construction and perception of time during festive rituals”.
The exhibition opens on March 28, at 11:00 am, and can be visited from Tuesday to Friday, from 11:00 am to 19:00 pm and, on Saturdays, from 10:00 am to 16:30 pm. Admission is free.
