Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Congress Center and Salgados Palace & Congress Center, in the category “Best Space for Congresses”, Zoomarine, in the category “Best Park/Touristic Entertainment Company”, Marina de Albufeira, Marina de Lagos, Marina de Portimão and Marina de Vilamoura, in the “Best Marina” category, VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa, in the “Best Independent Hotel” category, Fazenda Nova Country House, in the “Best Rural Tourism” category and the Municipality of Loulé, in the category of “Best Municipality”, are the representatives of the Algarve in the next edition of the Publituris Portugal Trade Awards 2015.
The awards will be handed out on February 25th, the first day of the BTL, in a ceremony that will take place at 11:00 am in Pavilion 1 of the fair and will be attended by the Secretary of State for Tourism Adolfo Mesquita Nunes.
The Publituris Portugal Trade Awards reward the personalities and companies that have stood out in the most varied categories of the sector and, for the first time in their history, 15 awards will be given, including Best Cruise Company, Best PCO, Best Space Events, Best Park / Tourist Entertainment Company, Best Space for Congresses, Best Corporate Agency, Best Website Operator and Best Tourism in Rural Areas. In the awards to be delivered, the novelty this year is the inclusion of two new categories: Best Ecotourism Project and Best Wine Tourism Accommodation.
Until February 23, it is possible to vote for awards.publituris.pt. Winners are elected through a weighted average between the votes of subscribers to the Publituris newsletter (40%) and the votes of the jury (60%).
