This online service is intended to provide information and clarify doubts about formalities and procedures within the competences of the Municipality of Lagos, without the need to physically travel to the building.
However, the municipality clarifies that "through this channel, no information is provided on the status of cases in progress or technical issues".
In May 2013, the municipality of Lacobrigense had already launched another measure to facilitate the relationship between the municipality and the CML, with the implementation of telephone service, which allows for the clarification of doubts and to obtain detailed information on areas related to private works , water and sanitation.
