The Rallye Casinos do Algarve takes place on the weekend of 15th and 16th November, on Algarve roads and this year it will receive the Portuguese Rally Cup.
This is a new FPAK competition, which is disputed only in one rally and groups all rally vehicles in a single event, similarly to other modalities.
"The expectation generated around this new competition foresees a great event, with the interest shown by several competitors from different parts of the country, including the autonomous regions, which compete in the national rally championships", stresses the Algarve Automobile Club, which organizes the race.
Betting on innovative molds, the organizing committee reformulated the Algarve Rallye Casinos and presents a
«new rally».
Thus, focused on «promotion and spectacle», the new special of the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve uses part of the international karting track and promises to be the central point of the rally on Saturday. In between, two passes in the special event in Lagos.
On Sunday, the rally makes a double round through the Monchique and Marmelete specials, with the Assistance Park located in Parque das Feiras.
In the afternoon, a sporting exhibition is planned at Passeio Ribeirinho de Portimão, ending the party with the podium ceremony and consecration of the winners of the Portuguese Rally Cup.
