More than fifty artisans, producers and entities that have products from the Algarve region pre-registered at the ArteNata fair, in Ferragudo, announced the local Parish Council, which organizes the event.
According to this municipality, this is a "record number" of entries, which "in addition to demonstrating the vitality of the Fair, demonstrates that there is more and more production in the Algarve."
In contrast, the organization foresees this year "one of the lowest budgets ever" for the realization of ArteNata, around 3.000 euros.
This decrease in expenses at the fair results from «the support of the municipality of Lagoa in logistics and the support collected» for its dissemination of the companies AllGav TukTuk, Novo Banco, Rei das Praias and Turismo do Algarve.
“The choice of exhibitors will take longer given the contingencies of the covered spaces available”, adds Luís Alberto, president of the Junta de Ferragudo.
The fair's entertainment will feature activities promoted by Associations in the municipality of Lagoa, as well as face painting, balloon modelling, street entertainment, inflatables and live music, with the organization hoping to double the number of visitors.
ArteNata will take place from December 6th and 8th, at Largo Rainha D. Leonor and adjacent streets, in Ferragudo.
