The national university teams of women's and men's futsal have been internships since this Monday. Faro, to prepare for the 2014 World University Championship (CMU) of Futsal, which will take place in Antequera, Malaga, Spain, starting on July 13th.
The training of the selections will take place in the Municipal Pavilion of Faro, at the Penha Sports Complex, in the next two weeks. The women's team competes in the group stage with Spain, Uruguay and China, with the games to be played on the 14th, 15th and 16th of July, respectively. College footballers will play, on the same days, with teams from Georgia, China and Thailand.
While in the region, the athletes who will represent Portugal will be accommodated at the Ferragial University Residence, in Baixa de Faro.
