The seminar “Strategic Environmental Assessment – ​​Environmental considerations in the preparation and approval of plans and programs” takes place this Monday, May 12, at 14:30 pm, at the University of Algarve's Gambelas Campus, in Faro.

This is an initiative of the Southern Regional Nucleus of the Portuguese Association for Environmental Engineering (NRS APEA), the Faculty of Science and Technology and the Superior School of Engineering of the University of Algarve.

According to APEA's NRS, “the organization of this seminar is intended to promote reflection and debate on the main aspects of the strategic environmental assessment diploma, case studies and good practices adopted in the exercise of the respective assessments”.

The main recipients of this seminar are Landscape Architects, Environmental Engineers, Civilians, Agronomists, Urban Planners, Architects, Geographers and other professionals working in the field of environment, planning and land use planning.
