Diabo na Cruz and Ricardo Ribeiro, on stage 1, and Al-Fanfare and Silvia Nazário, on stage 2, open today, May 22, the Festival Sons do Atlântico, which, after of the mishaps caused by bad weather, moved to the Pavilhão do Arade, between Ferragudo and Parchal. 

O festival dedicated to world music You will also see names such as Vicente Amigo, Kumpania Algazarra, Souls of Fire, Chambao or the Algarve Orblua, among many others, pass on its stages, until Saturday 24th, in three days where there will also be space for gastronomy, crafts and entertainment of street.

Tickets cost 8 euros per day or 20 euros for the three days of the Festival (children up to 12 years old do not pay) and can be purchased at Ticketline, Worten, Fnac, the venue, Convento de S. José and the Municipal Auditorium (Lagoon).

There is a 20% discount for Lagoa Social cardholders or people who have used the services of the event's partners: Wildwatch, Tuk Tuk and Ferry Ferragudo. "Our visitors who come from Portimão can go to the festival by boat, taking advantage of the ferry lines that will connect the two banks of the Arade River, or travel in Tuk Tuk, ecological vehicles that will also make circuits between Portimão and the Festival", they stress the organizers.

As for parking, there is plenty to choose from at the Algarve Congress Center, better known as the Pavilhão do Arade.
