Bruno Ruas, an athlete from Associação O2 Portimão, became National Swimming Champion in Open Water 1,5 km Masters A, in the competition held at Marina da Amieira, at the Alqueva Dam, in Portel.

In the competition, which had the participation of 126 athletes, João Ruas was also present, who got the 5th place in Masters F.

In the 10 km National Championship, Hugo Ribeiro (Gespaços) and Angélica André (Fluvial Portuense) became national champions, while in the junior category Rafael Lourenço (Gil Naval Amorense) and Marina Micaela Sequeira (União Piedense) won the titles of national champions. .

As for the National Championship of 3 km for youth, the champion was Diogo Marques (Columbófila Cantanhedense), as well as Mariana Oliveira (Individual from ANNP), who debuted today with a victory in the 3 km race, thus snatching the title of national champion for youth of open water.
