The third meeting of the External Monitoring Committee and the Executive Committee on the Interurban Mobility Study of the Central Algarve took place on the 20th, with the objective of presenting and discussing the main measures of the study's action plan to municipal executives and various public and private entities.

On February 21, they took place in Faro and Tavira public forums, open to the population and to all interested parties, sessions that aimed to make known the recommended measures and gather the opinion of the participants with a view to preparing the final document.

The Central Algarve Interurban Mobility Study covers the municipalities of Albufeira, Faro, Olhão, Loulé, São Brás de Alportel and Tavira and aims to provide these municipalities with a strategic planning instrument that enhances the implementation of an integrated transport system contemplating solutions that enable the adoption of sustainable mobility management policies that contribute to improving the quality of the transport system of the municipalities involved.

Until the end of February, the technical team responsible for its preparation is collecting contributions from the various public and private entities that make up the external monitoring committee of the study and from citizens who wish to leave their opinions and suggestions.
