The Municipal Water and Waste Company of Portimão (EMARP) continues to collaborate with the Algarve Food Bank against Hunger in collecting paper to exchange for food and in 2013 it delivered six tons of paper, which were converted into food for those who need it most .
"This campaign aims to raise awareness of the importance of the role of each one of us in society and the recovery and reuse of things that seem to have no value", stresses EMARP, which thanks "all those who collaborated in this cause".
"Our role is essential in the fight against hunger" is the slogan of the campaign promoted by the Food Bank.
