Board games are once again the center of attention at the headquarters of the Associação Recreativa e Cultural de Músicos, located next to the CP de Faro, on Thursday, January 3, from 21 pm. This is the 35th edition of this monthly event and probably one of the last opportunities to enjoy it in the association's current premises, before its move to the former Fábrica da Cerveja, in Vila-Adentro de Faro.
Anyone interested can join and bring their own board games. On the table are non-electronic games, with the aim of «bringing together and promoting interaction between board game players and making this activity known to new players», according to the association.
In this initiative, various types of games are accepted, not just board games, participants may choose games «only cards, miniatures, Role Playing Game (RPG) and Collectible Card Game (CCG)».
Admission is free and you don't even need to know the rules of all the games, as “there will always be someone willing to explain them”.
