This year's edition of Feira da Serra de Loulé, an event that aims to promote local products during the Christmas season, will be again on Avenida José da Costa Mealha, in the heart of the city, where it will take place on Saturday, December 7th , between 10 am and 17 pm.
This Fair will feature around a hundred exhibitors of handicrafts and agri-food producers who bring to the city center the most genuine of what is done in the Algarve mountains, from basketry, pottery, woodwork, aromatic herbs, traditional sweets, sausages , among other products
The event also has musical entertainment, with a street with elements of the group «E Viva a Música», at 15:00.
Admission is free.
At a time for shopping, the Feira da Serra de Loulé is an opportunity to buy original Christmas gifts.
Simultaneously, this event is one of the highlights of the Christmas Entertainment Program in the Municipality of Loulé, which aims to boost traditional commerce.
Fonte da Câmara de Loulé explained that the move of Feira da Serra from its previous location in the Pavilhão do NERA, outside the city, to the center, made for the first time last year, was a winning bet, especially because on Saturday Avenida Costa Mealha fills with tourists.
