The Ideias do Levante association, in partnership with the Municipality of Silves, promotes an Opera Night on November 16, at 21:30 pm, at Teatro Mascarenhas Gregório, in Silves.
Soprano Carla Pontes, bass-baritone Francisco Brazão and pianist Cristiana Silva are the great guests of the night.
The first part will be dedicated to “Le Nozze di Figaro” and “Don Giovanni”, two operas by Mozart. In the second part excerpts from operas by Verdi, Puccini, Gounod, Wagner and Offenbach will be interpreted.
Tickets, which cost 8 euros (general public) and 5 euros (under 18, over 60 and Ideias do Levante members), are on sale at Silves Castle, Municipal Museum of Archeology and Municipal Swimming Pools and, on site, one hour before the start of the show.
