Between October 11th and 12th, and in just 24 hours, Portimão Arena will receive three initiatives in the areas of spectacle and business, which once again attests to the capabilities of the largest multipurpose space in the south of the country.

So, on October 11, the EDP concert with Seu Jorge, a renowned Brazilian singer and composer, will take place, starting at 22 pm once the excellent acoustics of the room will be tested.

Born in 1970 in Rio de Janeiro, the also instrumentalist, producer and actor will promote his new record work, along with hits that are already true anthems of Brazilian popular music.

A few hours later, on the morning of October 12th, Portimão Arena will be properly prepared to host the Business Meeting of the Algarve Automobile Sector, promoted by ANECRA – National Association of Automotive Commerce and Repair Companies.

This magnificent meeting, under the theme “The ANECRA Manifesto produces results”, will have the participation of more than fifty of its members in the south, who will benefit from a set of services provided by Portimão Urbis.

That same night, at 20 pm, Portimão Arena will once again be transformed into a concert hall and will be the ideal stage for the solidarity concert to raise funds for young Algarve driver Henrique Venda, who suffered a serious accident while acting Portugal, in a competition of the European Supercrossum Championship.

This show will bring together various local and national artists, such as Alex, Xana Carvalho, Dário, Nuno & Fernando Mário, Edmundo Inácio, José Jorge and Thiago M., who joined the cause and pay homage to this great motocross champion and supercross, reversing in favor of its rehabilitation all the collected revenue.

Portimão Arena, located in the Fair and Exhibition Park of Portimão, is the largest and most versatile infrastructure of its kind south of the Tagus, having the latest technology capable of a large variety of events in its 6.000 square meters of area.

Last weekend, it once again hosted the services and products fair BLIP – Better Living in Portugal, which was visited by a few thousand people and was attended by 73 exhibitors.
