Portimonense "pulled" a draw against Leixões, in Matosinhos, in a game of emotions counting for League 2, in which each team scored three goals. The equalizer for the Algarve was achieved in added time, with a penalty, which was, moreover, the way in which the visiting team managed all the goals of the afternoon.

The home team contested the performance of referee Duarte Gomes, who scored three penalties in favor of Portimonense, at 8, 75 and 90 +4 minutes. All of them were converted by Ricardo Pessoa, who thus managed a hat-trick.

After being behind since the 8th minute and throughout the first half, Leixões reacted in the second half and scored three goals in less than 20 minutes. First Moreira (50 minutes), then Materazzi (65) and finally Grafite (69) scored for the home team.

In addition to the three penalties, there were also two expulsions, two for each side. Materazzi was the first to go to the dressing room early, due to an accumulation of yellow cards in the 72nd minute and, in added time, it was Semedo's turn to leave the field early, by direct red.
